FAQ

Who should consider non-surgical treatment for pain relief?

Any individual dealing with a painful condition who would like to improve without surgery is a likely candidate for our services. The overwhelming majority of our patients improve without an operation resulting in faster recovery times and substantially lower costs. Our goal with every patient is to provide the absolute best opportunity to improve without surgery if at all possible. As a result of this commitment and our history of successful outcomes, patients currently travel from all over the state to take advantage of our non-surgical approach.

What about prescriptions?

If you require a prescription refill, please contact our office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. only.  Prescriptions called in after 4:00 p.m. will be addressed the following day.  No weekend prescription refills.  Please be sure to have the telephone number of your preferred pharmacy available at the time of the call.

Where are you located and what about parking?

Our main office is conveniently located in Suite 106 on the first floor of the Tides Medical Arts Building at the base of the Cooper River Bridge (Ravenel Bridge) in Mt. Pleasant.  It is easily accessible from I-26, Highway 526, and Highway 17.

The building, medical suite, lobby, and examination rooms offer an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable setting for our patients.  The main entrance and first floor medical suite is clearly marked with both the group name and your individual physician’s name.  Spine procedures and EMG/nerve conduction studies are conveniently performed within the medical suite.

Parking is provided directly outside the main entrance to the medical building.

Additional office locations are available to patients in West Ashley/James Island and North Charleston.  Addresses and maps providing easy directions are located on the website.  Please contact our office with any additional questions concerning office locations or click here for more info on our locations, directions, and telephone numbers.
